Library Cards
All those wishing to check out materials must have a valid library card. Residents of Papillion are taxed for library services and may receive a card without an additional charge. However, those living beyond the incorporated city limits are not taxed accordingly and therefore must pay a yearly fee for the household
If you would like to have a library card as a resident of Savanna Shores, we pay $50.00 per year, per family.
